Return and Warranty Policies are governed by the prevailing laws of The Arab Republic of Egypt

Returns:

  • Return of goods is accepted withing 14 days from date of purchase
  • Returned goods should be in their original package accompanied by the original sales invoice
  • Returned goods should be in their original conditions free of damage or signs indicating installation or use
  • Freight charges of goods returned are on the account of customer
  • Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days date of return and technical inspection depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.

Warranty:

  • Period of warranty is one year from date of purchase
  • Warranty is offered only in case of manufacturing defects
  • Warranty is not offered on items that were damaged by the user by way of physical damage or misuse
  • Goods are first technically inspected. In case of defects function to warranty repair the goods are repaired free of charge within 15 days’ time from date of technical inspection
  • If the same defect re-occurs more than twice during the warranty period (excluding software) the product will be replaced by a new one at no cost
  • The customer is entitled to receive a technical repair report
  • If the defect does not fall under warranty conditions, the customer will be informed of the cost of repair. If such cost is accepted by the customer, the cost of repair should be paid by the customer in advance
  • Freight cost of goods repaired under warranty will be paid by the seller
  • Freight cost of goods repaired on the customer account will be paid by the customer
